About Orders 關於訂單
Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Order Changes: Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified, including item quantity or selection. Please double-check before ordering.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are only accepted for major defects. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order details. We'll assess and proceed with a refund or replacement.
